I decided to go ahead and get straight into it by going on a photoshoot this past weekend. Down below, you can see that my outfit which has a lot of gray tones in it. Lately, I've been more into the minimalistic look; so your typical black, white and grays. It never hurts to try something new and get out of your comfort zone. What better way to get out of your comfort zone than the new year?

 

My hijab is this beautiful charcoal cotton scarf from Hijabi House. The material of this hijab is very soft and easy to wear. With it being winter, you want to stay warm and this hijab definitely does the job.

My jumpsuit is from Forever 21. The zipper detail on this jumpsuit is what initially drew me into purchasing it. You can find a black pinstripe jumpsuit anywhere but the ring detailing in the front stole the show. I just paired it with a black long sleeve shirt and called it a day,

I did not have the chance to take full body pictures but I ended up wearing a pair of sock boots with this outfit to really complete the look. Sock boots have been a major trend this winter. It's a really good investment and is a staple piece for your closet.
